  2. Second Meeting - Defining organizational structure and roles: a. Discuss the organizational structure, including circles (decision-making groups) and their respective domains (areas of responsibility). b. Identify the roles and responsibilities required for each circle. c. Use a transparent, consent-based process to nominate and select individuals for the roles, ensuring that all voices are heard.
  3. Third Meeting - Establishing policies and procedures: a. Develop policies and procedures to guide decision-making and day-to-day operations, with input from all founding members. b. Establish feedback and evaluation mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation. c. Agree on a process for onboarding new members and integrating them into the organization's sociocratic structure.
