Here's a proposed leveling system for Cloud Scouts, outlining the requirements for each rank:

1. Cloud Newbie

• Welcome to Cloud Scouts! This is the base level for all members who join the community.

2. Cloud Explorer

• Members who have completed the 10-week Foundation Program are promoted to this level.

3. Cloud Adventurer

• Members who have been active for at least six months and earned 10 merit badges qualify for this rank.

4. Cloud Trailblazer

• To achieve this rank, members must be active for one year, earn a total of 20 merit badges, and contribute to at least three different projects or circles.

5. Cloud Guardian

• The highest rank in Cloud Scouts is attained by members who are active for three or more years, have earned 30 merit badges, and have taken on a mentorship or leadership role within a circle.

This leveling system encourages members to participate actively, contribute to the community, and take on leadership roles. It rewards members for their commitment, involvement, and personal growth.
